Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping on all orders over $70 USD
- Standard Shipping — flat rate on orders under $70 USD
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- International (CA, GB, AE, HK, IL, JP, KR, MY, SG): 10-20 business days
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
